24hr Monitoring Service

Our 24hr monitoring service is a communication link between your alarm system and the monitoring centre, which provides 24hr cover giving you peace of mind in knowing that in the event of burglary or fire e are on hand to notify the emergency services. 

Here is the list of features that are incorporated in our service package:

• Includes 24-hour support from our Customer Service Centre ensuring day and night protection.
• Routine daily system checks ensuring that your system hasn’t developed a fault (e.g. Low battery on one of the components such as door contacts)
• Annual Service and Maintenance inspections
• 12-month warranty on all equipment
• Remote System Reset we can remotely reset the alarm system when needed
• 24-hour Service Engineer Callout for emergency situations
• We will inform you of faulty equipment, and arrange for a replacement
• You will access to our 24/7 technical service support team
• Replacement of Carbon monoxide (CO) Detector when they have reached the end of their life cycle.
• We will come and repair any fault that has developed to the alarm system that includesacts of nature - i.e. storm, flooding, water damage, Break-ins, fire, smoke damage, act of vandalism, misuse,
• On Installation we will give basic training on the use of the alarm system
