24hr Monitoring Service
Our 24hr monitoring service is a communication link between your alarm system and the monitoring centre, which provides 24hr cover giving you peace of mind in knowing that in the event of burglary or fire e are on hand to notify the emergency services. 
Here is the list of features that are incorporated in our service package:
- Includes 24-hour support from our Customer Service Centre ensuring day and night protection.
 - Routine daily system checks ensuring that your system hasn’t developed a fault (e.g. Low battery on one of the components such as door contacts)
 - Annual Service and Maintenance inspections
 - 12-month warranty on all equipment
 - Remote System Reset we can remotely reset the alarm system when needed
 - 24-hour Service Engineer Callout for emergency situations
 - We will inform you of faulty equipment, and arrange for a replacement
 - You will access to our 24/7 technical service support team
 - Replacement of Carbon monoxide (CO) Detector when they have reached the end of their life cycle.
 - We will come and repair any fault that has developed to the alarm system that includesacts of nature - i.e. storm, flooding, water damage, Break-ins, fire, smoke damage, act of vandalism, misuse,
 - On Installation we will give basic training on the use of the alarm system
